<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Project Manager - ICI Construction | Hamilton, ON | Up to $100,000</strong><br><br> Our client, a reputable <strong>General Contractor</strong> in the Hamilton area, is seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background delivering <strong>Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI)</strong> construction projects from start to finish.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Oversee and manage all phases of ICI construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, subtrades, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are met.</li><li>Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication between all parties.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /><ul><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in a <strong>Project Management</strong> role within ICI construction.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction contracts, tendering, and project documentation.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul><strong>Compensation:</strong><br /><ul><li>Salary up to <strong>$100,000</strong>, commensurate with experience.</li></ul> If you are an ambitious Project Manager looking to advance your career with a reputable General Contractor, please send your <strong>resume and project list</strong> to <strong><span >jamal.grant@ssaltd.com</span></strong></p></p>
