J CUBE PACKAGING.Full job descriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to join our team and support the seamless execution of various projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project plans are efficiently carried out and deadlines are met.

Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in maintaining project milestones and keeping stakeholders informed.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Senior Project Manager in implementing project plans and timelines to optimize operational efficiencyServe as a secondary point of contact for designated projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectivesAct as a primary resource for all project-related meetings, facilitating effective communication and team reportingCoordinate work teams and activities across functions, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project timelinesAdhere to Project Management SOPs, following defined procedures and making necessary amendments as requiredOversee all aspects of project completion, monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that ariseMaintain accurate and effective communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns promptlyCollaborate with cross-function teams in a timely manner, tracking progress and addressing any delaysEnsure tasks are completed by cross-functional teams in a timely manner, tracking progress and addressing any delaysWork with the Senior Project Manager to schedule and conduct project management and commercialization kickoff meetings for each projectUndertake any other project management tasks as assigned by the Senior Project Manager RequirementsBachelor’s degree in relevant field or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within CPG Manufacturing orPackaging Industry; experience in executing retail promotional initiatives; experience in collaborating with retailers such as Walmart, Kroger, Loblaws, etc.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsProficiency in project management tools and software is a plusDemonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitudeProficient in Microsoft applications BenefitsExtended heath and dental benefits3 weeks vacation to startTuition reimbursementBonus Potential in addition to base pay
