Role Summary

As the Project Change Management Lead, you’ll oversee new product introductions, serve as the main liaison for the Integrated Supply Chain, analyze SKU costs, ensure customer specifications, maintain SKU Master Data, lead SKU phase-outs, engage in Stage Gate Meetings, streamline processes, manage reporting, contribute to budgeting, and demonstrate expertise in project management, production planning, S&OP, ERP, and conflict resolution.


Accountabilities:
Manage the introduction of new products within the Canadian Supply Business unit.
Act as the primary contact for the Integrated Supply Chain Team with the Branded Commercial Team.
Conduct analysis on SKU costing, including COGS (Raw, Pack, and Non-material Costs) and CAPEX (Plate, Tooling, Equipment functionality).
Ensure all specifications are provided by Commercial/Contract Manufacturing customers and approved by Supply Stakeholders before project acceptance.
Create and maintain SKU Master Data in the ERP system.
Lead projects for phasing out SKUs that are no longer needed.
Participate in Stage Gate Meetings.
Lead projects to reduce complexity or harmonize portfolios.
Handle quarterly reporting using the Abacus system.
Manage month-end closing procedures and global reporting (MRP decks, SOP MMS).
Contribute to budgeting and the 3-year plan process by ensuring that all upcoming listing/delisting projects are included in the plans.

Educational & Qualifications:
Post-secondary education preferably in project management or a related field.
5 years of experience in consumer goods manufacturing, ideally within the Food and Beverage sector
Project management skills, including project planning and organization.
Knowledge of production planning principles and production capabilities & constraints.
Proficiency in various Excel functions and internal reporting tools.
Strong time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
Action-oriented approach with accountability and resilience.
Understanding budgeting and costing principles is an asset.
