Job Posting Title: Intermediate Administrator, Project/CMT (TS)
Work Schedule: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off ,11 hours per working day - flights from Saskatoon, SK only
Work Location: Cigar Lake, SK
Rate: $30/ - $40/T4
Role Description / Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the construction management team (CMT)
- Manage coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, flights, training, request for information (RFIs), site instructions (SIs), and other construction documents between contractor and construction management team
- Administer document control processes with efficiency
Skills / Previous Experience
- Self starter, able to learn and apply new concepts, software and use of tools quickly and independently
- Solid interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work is critical
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments an asset
