<p><p>We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a <b>Production Supervisor</b> to lead operations for the Precast division. The role focuses on improving plant efficiency, minimizing costs, and promoting a strong safety culture while maintaining key relationships with customers, employees, and partners.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Lead production teams to ensure smooth fabrication and delivery of precast products.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high manufacturing standards.</li>
<li>Build efficient processes that drive productivity and performance.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and safety-focused work environment.</li>
<li>Manage and motivate a team of 20–40 employees effectively.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Technical diploma or equivalent experience; Civil Engineering preferred.</li>
<li>5–10 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or precast production.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; flexible to travel up to 5%.</li>
