What's your day like?

As the Production Manager at ODRA Road Sweepers, you can expect a fast-paced and engaging work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency in production processes, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics and fostering team collaboration. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing resources, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

In addition, you will hold regular meetings with your team to discuss project progress and encourage innovative solutions to enhance performance. Your expected schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life routine while focusing on operational excellence. Emphasizing problem-solving, you will motivate your team to achieve their best outcomes and uphold ODRA's values every day.

What you need to be successful

To thrive as the Production Manager at ODRA Road Sweepers, you will need a diverse skill set that aligns with our values of innovation and excellence. Strong leadership abilities are essential, we would like to see 5- 10 years as you will be guiding a team toward optimized performance and collaboration. You will come with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
