Wexxar is looking for a Production Manager, that will lead daily production operations while implementing Continuous Improvement across the value stream. Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, this is your opportunity to drive safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost using Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, VSM) and data-driven performance management (OEE, FPY, OTIF).

  • Collaborate to delight customers, partner with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, After Markets, and Service to exceed expectations.
  • Power performance with data, use ERP/MES to manage schedule adherence and WIP, and lead daily/weekly KPI reviews that drive action.

Salary Range: 105K – 140K

If this sounds like you, we want to connect!

  • Experience: 10+ years in discrete manufacturing, with 3+ years in people leadership, guiding teams through change and performance improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management or equivalent.
  • Lean Expertise: Formal Lean training (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred) and hands‑on experience with OEE, visual management, and daily tiered accountability. Track record of quantified continuous‑improvement wins—Kaizen leadership, VSM execution, SMED, TPM, and strong 5S sustainment practices.
  • Leadership: A data‑driven communicator and coach who can build leader standard work, influence at all levels, and drive cultural adoption of Lean.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring trust and alignment across cross‑functional teams.
  • Project Management: Strong grounding in project management and resource‑planning tools, with the ability to manage timelines and competing priorities.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid knowledge of industry regulations and safety compliance standards, with a mindset that keeps people and quality at the forefront.
  • Asset: Experience collaborating effectively in unionized environments (an asset).
