Location: Markham, Ontario (Woodbine Avenue & 14th Avenue)

Position Overview:
Fuze HR is seeking dedicated and reliable Print Machine Operators to join our client’s production team. Selected candidates will operate Pitney Bowes Productivity Family Series inserters and may have the potential to transition into permanent roles based on performance. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Pitney Bowes Productivity Family Series inserters (training provided).
Learn and adapt to minor differences in machine functionality, including paper loading and console navigation.
Maintain production targets and ensure the quality of output.
Follow workplace safety protocols.
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines.
Shifts Available:
Weekend Shift – 2 Operators (Friday to Monday)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Afternoon Shift – 3 Operators (Monday to Friday)
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Night Shift – 3 Operators (Sunday to Thursday)
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Candidates must be flexible and may be asked to transition to alternate workweeks:
Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)
Qualifications:
Permanent Resident status required (eligibility for Temp-to-Perm transition).
Clear background check.
Strong communication and written skills.
Intermediate computer skills (required for machine programming/setup).
Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Prior experience in manufacturing or production is an asset but not required.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Working Conditions:
Normal warehouse environment with light dust.
Training provided for machine operation and minor maintenance.
Compensation:
Starting at $19/hour (higher rates may be considered based on experience).
