<p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the MDR Site Security Lead or Deputy Site Security Lead, the incumbent will be responsible for general security supervision/mentoring/training of subcontracted guards and other security services (i.e. drug dogs, security technicians etc.). The candidate will also be the primary investigator for security incidents occurring on site. The candidate’s14-7 rotation will be synchronized with other MDR Security members to maximize security coverage on site.</p><p><strong>Base Salary Range</strong>: $124,000 – 160,500 (The range provided is for base salary only (40 hours per week). In addition, McDermott offers additional contracted hours, and a competitive total rewards package, including project up-lift & bonuses)</p>Qualifications<p><strong>Essential Qualifications and Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Ten (10) years of experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or Military</li><li>Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience.</li><li>Possess all state / federal / national security guard license(s) applicable to the area of operation.</li><li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. </li><li>Degree or equivalent industry-recognized qualification.</li><li>Recognized Business Continuity qualification is desirable.</li><li>Must hold a valid driver’s license.</li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills; able to communicate clearly with all levels of management on business matters.</li><li>Ability to work extended or extra shifts when required.</li><li>Extensive functional, business, industry, and leadership expertise.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to read and write comprehensive reports for investigation and documentation.</li><li>Experience gathering and analyzing data to create useful metrics that support positive change</li><li>Can lead a cross-functional team.</li></ul><p>#LI-EB2</p>Responsibilities<p><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Where required, assume Site Security Lead (SSL) duties if both the Site Security Lead and Deputy Site Security Lead are absent (i.e. illness, vacation etc.)</li><li>Directly supervise, mentor and train (where necessary) contracted guards at the various WLNG Project site locations. Ensure that guards are performing tasks as outlined in Post Orders and other security documentation.</li><li>Regularly review and update Post Orders as necessary</li><li>Oversee specialty guard functions such as access control, random searches, CCTV monitoring, mobile patrols etc.</li><li>Lead and assist with/oversee drug detection dog inspections and searches</li><li>Lead and assist with oversight of other contraband interdiction activities</li><li>Resolve issues or conflicts at Site access points regarding ID badges, Visitors and Equipment, Tools and Material Passes (ETMP)</li><li>Respond to security incidents within the Floatel and on the Main Site, take control of the incident and the necessary actions to resolve the situation</li><li>Conduct security investigations and write detailed investigation reports for presentation to the Project’s Consequence Management Committee</li><li>Oversee security statistics collection for his/her areas of responsibility, as directed by the SSL</li><li>Oversee security intelligence collection and correlation</li><li>Assist with and lead the implementation of the Project Security Education and Awareness Program. This will include, but not be limited to, attending Safety Toolbox meetings with other contractors on site, developing and giving presentations on a variety of security topics and writing Security Site Bulletins for distribution across site.</li><li>Support and lead site Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) initiatives within the Security Team</li><li>Assist with emergencies at the Floatel, Marine Offloading Facility (MOF) or on the Main Site</li><li>Prepare a variety of security reports</li><li>Assist the MDR Security Team with processing security documentation (i.e. Visit requests, camera passes, ETMP etc.) as required</li></ul></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
