This position offers a rewarding opportunity to mentor and shape the next generation of nursing professionals through engaging and comprehensive educational experiences.<br /><b>Preferred Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Long-term Care</li><li>Acute Care</li><li>Maternity</li><li>Mental Health Facilities</li></ul><p>Ideal candidates will bring a strong clinical background and a passion for teaching, ensuring students are well-prepared to succeed in the healthcare field.<br />This role offers 28-35 hours per week and has the potential to lead to future instructional opportunities, advancing your career in education.<br><br>Rate Range<b>: $34.60-46.50/hour<br />Start Date : August 27th 2025 </b><br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Deliver high-quality instruction in theory, lab, and clinical settings.</li><li>Execute lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements as per PTIRU compliance. - <i>Extensive in-house curriculum orientation and training provided</i>.</li><li>Provide hands-on training and supervision in clinical environments.</li><li>Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Maintain a collaborative and supportive learning environment.</li><li>Stay current with best practices and developments in nursing education.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>3,900 hours of nursing experience</b>, inclusive of <b>maternity along with mental health and community experience</b>.</li><li>Current full registration with the BCCNM – <b>required.</b></li><li>Previous instructor experience is an asset.</li><li>Experience with <b>Office 365</b> and <b>Student Information Systems (SIS)</b> is an asset.</li><li>Strong communication and mentorship skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.</li><li>Commitment to fostering a positive educational experience.</li></ul><p><b>It’s your time – make the change today!</b></p><p></p><br /> <p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>ltjNpocwN2</p></p></p>
