<p>On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a Programmer Analyst, with strong MS365, Power Platform and SharePoint development experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Project: to streamline the Change Control Process (CCP) and implement a digital solution to manage the CCP end-to-end.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Duration: </b>5 Months Contract (November 2025 - March 31, 2026)</p><p> <b>Location: </b>Hybrid - Ottawa (with 3 days onsite)</p><p> <b>Security Clearance</b>: Enhanced Reliability</p><p> <b>Start Date</b>: November 2025 </p><p> </p><p> <b>Tasks</b></p><ul><li>Perform high-level analysis and assessment of business requirements and translate them into technical requirements</li><li>Identify gaps, risks and opportunities</li><li>Develop and present technical solution options</li><li>Evaluate options based on feasibility, scalability, cost, and alignment with business goals</li><li>Recommend the most suitable solution with supporting rationale</li><li>Create detailed design documentation</li><li>Ensure the design adheres to organizational standards and integrates with existing systems, as required</li><li>Develop the solution according to the approved design specifications</li><li>Follow the organization's project process</li><li>Conduct unit testing and support integration testing, as required</li><li>Ensure code quality and maintainability</li><li>Ensure solutions developed meets the organization's Official Languages and Accessibility requirements</li><li>Provide regular sprint reviews as per project plan</li><li>Provide regular technical walk-through sessions with the project team, as required</li><li>Develop a comprehensive document outlining SDLC standards and best practices for the MS Power Platform</li><li>Align with Government of Canada standards and organizational policies</li><li>Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the internal project team, as required</li><li>Provide training materials and documentation, as required</li><li>Ensure the team is equipped to maintain and enhance the solution post-deployment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Must Have Skills</b></p><ul><li>Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience within the last fifteen (15) years as a Programmer Analyst developing enterprise-level, custom applications.</li><li>Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience designing, developing and maintaining solutions using each of the following technologies:</li><li>MS Power Apps</li><li>Building canvas and model-driven apps</li><li>Using Common Data Service (Dataverse)</li><li>Integrating with external data sources (SharePoint)</li><li>MS Power Automate or Logic Apps</li><li>Designing and implementing automated workflows</li><li>Using connectors, triggers, and expressions</li><li>Implementing error handling and performance optimization</li><li>MS Power BI</li><li>Building interactive dashboards and reports</li><li>Conceptualizing and creating data models</li><li>Use of data gateways and scheduled refreshes</li><li>Must have work experience designing, developing and maintaining solutions using each of the following technologies</li></ul><ul><li>MS SharePoint Online</li><li>M365 ecosystem</li><li>MS Forms</li></ul><ul><li>Creating forms/surveys</li><li>Integrating with other M365 products</li></ul><p></p>
