What You’ll Do

  • Lead all aspects of financial reporting and analysis for the plant, ensuring timely and accurate results in line with Canadian GAAP and internal standards.

  • Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems (Syteline, Epicor, or similar).
  • Proven ability to partner with operations to improve cost efficiency, margins, and cash flow.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing industries is a plus.
Why This Role?

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic yet detail-oriented finance professional to make a tangible impact in a manufacturing setting. You’ll have the chance to influence operations, lead an engaged finance team, and play a key role in shaping financial success.
