Planner Estimator – Manufacturing<br>Full-Time.<br><br>We are seeking a skilled **Planner Estimator** to join our manufacturing team. This dual-role position is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and developing detailed production schedules, ensuring projects are both profitable and delivered on time.<br><br>What You'll Do:<br>Estimating:<ul><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope.</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, tooling, and outside services.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement to source competitive materials and services.</li><li>Identify potential financial risks.</li></ul>

Planning & Scheduling:<ul><li>Create and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate workflows across production, engineering, and supply chain.</li><li>Monitor progress, resolve issues, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Develop regular reports on production status, performance, and budgets.</li></ul>
<br>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).</li><li>3–5 years' experience in estimating and/or production planning within manufacturing.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel), and familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD is a plus).</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD\&T.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul>
<br>Work Environment:<br>Primarily office-based with occasional shop visits to monitor progress and gather information.<br><br>Working Hours: 6:30AM to 3:00PM Monday thru Thursday and 6:30AM to 2:10PM.
 <br>Compensation & Benefits:<br> Fair market wage bases on skills and experience. Corporate medical and dental plan after 3 months. Vacation, Tool and Boot allowance and Sick Benefits all based on accrued bases after probationary periods. <br><br>
