We're seeking caring and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our expandingteam on a flexible, casual basis.</p><p></p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>We are seekingCasual PSWs who are available to pick up occasional 6-12-hour shifts (day or overnight) in a retirement home setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who prefer flexibility in their schedule or are looking to supplement their income.<br><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide personal care and assistance to clients, ensuring comfort and dignity.</li><li>Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.</li><li>Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping tasks.</li><li>Monitor and report changes in clients health and well-being.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and their families.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Completion of a recognized PSW program or equivalent certification.</li><li>Current CPR/First Aid certification.</li><li>Experience in home care, long-term care, or hospital settings (preferred).</li><li>Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within last 6 months)</li><li>Proof of immunizations (including TB and COVID-19 vaccinations)</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive wages and flexible scheduling.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Supportive and inclusive work environment.</li><li>Ongoing assignments across Ontario to suit your location and availability.</li></ul><br />remote work</p></p>
