What You’ll Do- Design, launch, and refine paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt, with a focus on driving top-quality mobile installs and first-time deposits.
- Take charge of 7-figure monthly budgets, ensuring strong ROAS, engagement, and lifetime value performance.
- Use AppsFlyer for tracking, attribution, and event-based optimization.
- Lead the creative testing process, collaborating closely with design and motion teams to build and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
- Build and manage A/B testing frameworks that uncover winning audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Continuously optimize campaigns in real-time for cost efficiency, engagement, and retention.
- Develop robust tracking, reporting, and analytics frameworks to provide visibility across all funnels.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, attribution changes, and privacy trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Blend brand and performance strategies to maximize cross-channel synergy and growth opportunities.
- Experiment with new acquisition channels, including programmatic, influencer, and emerging ad networks.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
- Proven record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable performance growth.
- Deep understanding of bid strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with mobile app marketing, including AppsFlyer tracking and post-install event optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills — especially with creative and content teams.
- Analytical mindset and comfort with data interpretation and actionable insights.
- Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROAS improvement.
- Bonus points for experience in iGaming, familiarity with S2S setups, and hands-on use of AppsFlyer, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Events API.
