<p>Join Our Niagara Team and Make an Impact Across Ontario</p><p>Locations: Niagara Region</p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Niagara. This full-time role provides the opportunity to work both in our clinics and in the community, supporting children and families across Grimsby, St. Catharines, and surrounding areas.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and a variety of pediatric needs. This role combines direct therapy, caregiver collaboration, and interdisciplinary teamwork.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Deliver pediatric occupational therapy services in both clinic and community settings.</li><li>Provide assessments and individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, developmental disabilities, and other pediatric conditions.</li><li>Work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to support client progress.</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.</li><li>Support service delivery contracts with third-party programs.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.</li><li>Current registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).</li><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.</li><li>Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to travel between clinic and community locations across Niagara (valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required).</li></ul><p>What We Do:<br><br>At Innovative OT, we're committed to making a profound difference in people's lives.
