Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Patient Consultant / Administrator at Solomon Facial Plastic in Toronto. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to patient consultation and administrative duties to support the clinic’s operations.
Qualifications
- A confident and educated individual who has a strong understanding of the procedures we provide in facial cosmetic surgery and aesthetics
- An excellent communicator who engages well with people and provides warmth to their approach with patients
- Previous experience in plastic surgery clinic preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic office procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Accuro EMR, Quickbooks, Word, Excel and administrative tasks
- Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality regulations
