We are a busy truck and trailer repair shop looking for a female Part-Time Office Admin to join our team!
Responsibilities:
-Handle day-to-day office administration tasks independently
-Manage customer calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
-Process invoices, orders, and maintain accurate records
-Keep track of inventory and office supplies
-Assist with general office operations in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
-Prior experience in office administration is an asset
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Proficient with office software and general office equipment
-Familiarity with the truck and trailer repair industry is a plus
Position Type:
