Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while supporting various store operations.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed.
  • Utilise basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
  • Exhibit phone etiquette by addressing customer calls professionally and assisting with inquiries.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and positive work environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
  • Passion for fashion, jewelry, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
