What you’ll do:
Scan and pick orders in the warehouse, accurately, based on customer orders and demands
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, In a fast paced warehouse, with high daily outputs.
Pack customer facing orders for shipping to prevent damage, as needed.
Perform physical / visual inspection of the products
Label and transfer inventory accurately from the warehouse to the pick areas, using software generated barcodes
Re-stocking of work related supplies – As warehouse needs require
Complete projects related to warehouse operations
Keep general areas tidy and aisle ways clean
What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail, work ethic and positive team player
Ambition to grow as part of a team, and learn new skills and responsibilities
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull product weighing up to 50 lbs.
Safety mindset, from both warehouse environment and public health perspectives
Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal formats
Ability to work well under pressure, team environment or self directed activities
Experience using various forms of technology; Ipad, Tablet, Window PC, etc.
Computer proficiency in browser-based inventory programs

Responsibilities
Oversee order picking, including identifying orders, parcels, and items to prepare for shipment.
Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate verification of incoming materials, adding stickers, labels, and tags as needed, and placing items in specified areas.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks, manage inventory control, and handle other general warehouse duties.
Report to and support the warehouse manager.
Contribute to a clean and organized logistics environment.
Operate without the need for forklifts, focusing on manual warehousing work such as picking, packing, labeling, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and exhibit a strong commitment to workplace security and well-being.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a similar role.
Strong asset: RF scanner experience.
Stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs consistently, with occasional lifts of up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Punctuality and dependable attendance are a must.
Dedication to health and safety practices.
Physical agility for bending, lifting, and ladder climbing.
