Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Brampton, ON


Key Responsibilities


● As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Specialist, main role is to design/ develop/ support solutions for HR processes, writing technical and functional documentation, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, and business process best practice advice.

● 8-10 years of hands on experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits

● Should have completed at least 3 end-to-end implementations within Oracle HCM for any of the above modules


● Hands on experience in Talent Management modules like Goals, Performance Management, Profile Management, Talent Review, Career Development, Succession Planning and Learning

● Hands on experience in Compensation and Benefits modules, including experience supporting various business cycles such as performance review periods and annual benefits enrollment, particularly for the Canada.


● Experience in writing Fast Formulas

● Should have experience in workflow configuration using BPM


● Working knowledge of HCM table structures, data flow, and overall application architecture

● Strong Knowledge in HCM Extracts and BIP Reports


● Hands-on experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL)

● Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), and working familiarity with a variety of databases


● Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable with clear analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills

● Ability to build and maintain relationships, not only with our HR partners but with business partners as well


● Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, high volume environment

● Ability to effectively communicate on complex issues with a high level of effectiveness


● Able to support and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
