Operations Associate Job Overview

In the operations associate role, you will track the company’s daily workflow and perform boots-on-the-ground assistance in the completion of the team’s projects. You will ensure the alignment of all work with the company’s operating standards and procedures. You will be expected to report any issues with business operations to management. Success in this position will be demonstrated by increased operating efficiency and productivity.

Operations Associate Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
