Were looking for anOffice Managerto oversee ourSnow & Ice Management Department from A to Z, supporting operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the winter season.


What Youll Do

  • Handleall administrative tasksfor the Snow & Ice Division.
  • Send, update, and manage client contracts.
  • Create and managesites and service routes using Yeti.
  • Coordinate with theSnow Operations Managerto support field crews and scheduling.
  • Communicate with clients regarding service updates, issues, and follow-ups.
  • Support staffing, onboarding, and scheduling during the winter season.
  • Assist management with proposals, documentation, and performance summaries.
  • Help improve and streamline office processes for maximum efficiency.


What Were Looking For

  • Provenexperience in office management, ideally withinsnow/landscape, construction, or logistics industries.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel(formulas, data entry, reporting, and organization).
  • Experience with scheduling or dispatch software (like Yeti) is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure during peak snow events.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive attitude.
