We are seeking an Office Manager to join our Auto Repair Shop! You will handle customers appointments, invoicing, quoting, and most general inquiries. Experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, and text messages
- Schedule appointments
- Quote and Sell Auto Repairs
- Maintain Parts Orders/inventory
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Automotive Experience/Knowledge an Asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
