<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Responsible for managing of a private Personal Care Home. You will be part of the team for 36 to 40 residents with a holistic approach to long term care. We strive to maintain our residents ability to function in a familiar environment, focusing on what our residents can do, not what they cant do. We have a policy of Aging in Place so a resident lives and ages in their residence of choice, for as long as they want. The home supports this goal by offering services, care and needed support to all residents so they do not have to move as their care needs change.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>This position is casual but may lead to part-time depending on skills. Shifts are 8 hour days on a rotating schedule including weekends with some on-call needed. These can be flexible. You will be responsible for all aspects of resident care, supervising staff, administering medications, consulting with physicians, assessing residents, and general office duties.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Must be licensed nurse (RN, LPN, RPN, EMT) with Food Safe Course (can be done online) which is mandatory. Also recent CRC.</p></p>
