Job Description
  • Responsible for managing, maintaining, and upgrading our company’s network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems
  • Utilizes a wide range of tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software, network, and access issues.
  • Ensure the stability and integrity of our organization’s network.
  • Main Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including switches, routers, firewalls and other network devices.
  • Implement security measures to protect the network against unauthorized access, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
  • Support large environments of Windows servers and technologies: troubleshooting, proactive management, security management, backups, daily operation and optimization.
  • Responsible for resolving infrastructure break/fix issues and enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for upkeep on wiring closets and computer rooms.
  • Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
  • Implement network policies and procedures.
  • Liaise effectively with third-party partners, vendors, and external clients.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and upgrades to enhance network efficiency.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for addressing network emergencies outside of business hours.

  • Qualifications

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications (, CCNA,CCNP CompTIA Network+ and Cloud certifications) are a plus.
