Upskills provides expert financial software consulting to investment banks and leading financial institutions in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe. With a strong, Front to Back expertise in the cash and derivatives markets, coupled by an in-depth knowledge of financial markets technologies, we provide smart and efficient solutions.<br>We are seeking experienced Murex CEM Consultant to work on an environment management role and drive one of our client's Murex activities and projects with the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Deploy and manage Murex Software using Murex tools and scripts.<br></li> <li>Perform basic smoke tests. Act as a first level support, re-directing and following the issues with the corresponding support teams.<br></li> <li>Utilize Murex configuration management tools & methodologies to import/export configuration items and analyze related issues.<br></li> <li>Perform database sanitization and purging procedures. Migration sequence execution and stabilization. Reconciliation mismatch production. Follow up on migration defects.<br></li> <li>Contribute in creating the CEM methodologies, conversion processes, communication workflows and needed templates and documentations.<br></li> <li>Customize and document the installation and the conversion/upgrade procedures.<br></li> <li>Deliver needed training and best practices for clients.<br></li> <li>Manage internal streams by contributing in creating tools, measure related KPIs and analyze potential issues. <br><br></li> </ul><br><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Computer Network, Computer Science or related discipline.<br></li> <li>At least 2-3 years working as Murex Configuration Environment Management Consultant.<br></li> <li>Strong knowledge and experience of Unix or JavaScript.<br></li> <li>Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar) for deployment and infrastructure tasks.<br></li> <li>Motivation to work in the financial software/ investment banking industry.<br></li> <li>Experienced with Shell Script, SQL.<br></li> <li>Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices.<br></li> <li>Experienced in Control-M setup and familiarity with batch architecture.<br></li> <li>Experienced in middleware tools ( Kafka, MQ etc).<br></li> <li>Familiar with Cloud Computing, such as DevOps (Git, Jenkins)/ Cloud (AWS, Azure) and other tools CI/CD, Oracle.<br></li> <li>Knowledge of Murex GOM.<br></li> <li>A strong proven track record of client servicing. Understand customer needs and build effective relationships.<br></li> <li>Strong time management skills and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills. <br></li> </ul>
