Job Description
Senior DBA (Microsoft SQL Server)Responsibilities:
- Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SQL Server instances.
- Design and operate HA/DR solutions (Failover Cluster Instances, Availability Groups, Replication).
- Optimize T-SQL, indexes, and execution plans; drive release/change management.
- Mentor Junior/Associate DBAs and enhance runbooks/automation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a SQL Server DBA.
- Deep experience with performance tuning and production troubleshooting.
- Hands-on expertise with HA/DR (FCI, AGs, Replication).
- Strong T-SQL and SQL Server internals knowledge.
- SSRS/SSIS administration experience.
- Exposure to cloud (Azure and/or AWS).
