MIG/TIG Welder Fitter – Day and Afternoon
Apply now and join our state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. We specialize in metal components and subassemblies as a leading manufacturer with in-house metal cutting, forming, machining, welding, assembly, and paint departments.
Location: Oakville, ON
Shift: Afternoon – 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Thursday),Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Training: First week on Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Responsibilities
Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
Perform tacking, fitting, and welding duties in accordance with work instructions, inspection sheets, and technical drawings.
Operate and perform welding using MIG (GMAW), TIG, and robotic welding systems.
Ensure weld quality meets company and customer standards.
Understand and comply with Company Health & Safety standards and programs.
Education & Qualifications
Welding Certificate or Diploma.
Valid CWB welding ticket is an asset.
6+ years of welding/fitting experience, including hands-on experience with robotic welding systems.
TIG welding experience is an asset.
Experience with forklift, jib/overhead cranes is an asset.
Physically capable of performing essential duties, including regular lifting and carrying of 5–23 kg.
Ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Written and oral communication skills in English.
