Come find out for yourself what it's like to be a part of our journey.</li></ul><p>We offer attractive pay, flexible work options, a great corporate culture, comprehensive and employee-focused benefits including virtual healthcare and a wellness platform as well as great savings programs, and a clear vision for the future.</p><p>#<strong>WeAreWSP</strong></p><p><strong>What you can expect to do here:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the either lead Mechanical Engineer or Project Manager on complex projects.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.</li><li>Lead a project specific mechanical design team.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure project success.</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.</li><li>Ensure all engineering work meets quality standards and codes, while ensuring client expectations are met.</li><li>Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications.</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring to WSP:</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Minimum of 10 years experience in engineering consulting industry focus on the design of mechanical systems for buildings</li><li>A valid PEO license.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and motivate complex multidisciplinary projects.</li><li>Experience with leading mechanical design teams.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in design of Mechanical systems across various facility types.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.</li><li>An ability to work collaboratively.</li><li>Desire to participate in client management and business development activities.</li></ul>
