Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanic – Tire Servicing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform tire-related services and maintenance on all rolling equipment while adhering to safety and company policies.

1. Tire Inspection and Diagnosis:

   
   
   • Examine tires for signs of wear, punctures, and other damage.
   • Diagnose issues related to tire performance, balance, and alignment.
   • Use diagnostic tools and visual inspection techniques to determine appropriate repair or replacement actions.
   
   

2. Tire Repair and Maintenance:

   • Perform tire patching, plugging, and other necessary repairs.
   • Rotate and balance tires to ensure even wear and improve vehicle handling.
   • Mount and dismount tires using specialized equipment.
   
   

3. Installation and Alignment:

   
   
   • Install new tires as per vehicle specifications.
   • Ensure accurate alignment for optimal performance and safety.
   • Calibrate alignment equipment and perform adjustments to meet industry standards.
   
   

4. Customer Service:

   • Communicate effectively with customers about tire condition and required repairs.
   • Provide guidance on tire maintenance practices to extend tire lifespan.
   • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all clients.
   
   

5. Safety and Compliance:

   
   
   • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling heavy equipment and tires.
   • Ensure all work meets legal and industry standards for safety and quality.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to prevent hazards.
   
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive technology preferred.
• Previous experience in tire servicing or related automotive repair work.
• Proficiency with tire balancing, alignment, and repair tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions as needed.

Pay Rate: $20 + (based on experience)
Timings – M – F | 8 – 4 / 9 – 5 (possibility of more than 44 hours)
Weekends also sometimes
