Rallys digital products for school districts are growing fast, and were looking for someone who can execute lead generation and nurturing activities that create opportunities for our sales team and strengthen our brand presence.</p><p>If you have a talent for writing and understand how to guide prospects through a long sales cycle, wed love to talk.</p><p><br /></p><p><em>Note: This is not a social media marketing or digital ads position. While social media is part of our mix, our primary focus is content-driven lead generation and nurturing for enterprise SaaS products.</em></p><p><br /></p><p>About Box Clever</p><p>Box Clever is an award-winning web design company based in Alberta, operating across three divisions. Our growing Rally division specializes in websites, apps, and communication software for K-12 school districts and schools. Our products are used by over 65% of the school divisions in Alberta, and clients across Canada and into the USA.</p><p>We&#39;re a friendly, focused, and welcoming group of people who love what we do building exceptional digital communication products for school districts. We work in a bright and spacious office, complete with a large patio for sunny meetings and easy access to trails for a lunchtime walk.</p><p>Our team works on a hybrid model, with a mix of in-office collaboration days at our Sherwood Park headquarters and optional remote work days. This position includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and RRSP matching.</p><p><br /></p><p>About the Role</p><p>As our Marketing Specialist, youll plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and generate qualified leads for Rallys SaaS products. Youll write and produce content, manage campaigns, and track results, helping us reach new audiences and convert interest into opportunity as our products continue to grow across Canada and into the US.</p><p>Youll work closely with our Business Development team to ensure every marketing effort directly supports the sales funnel.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Lead Generation & Campaign Execution</p><ul><li>Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns designed to generate and nurture leads for our enterprise SaaS products</li><li>Plan and coordinate marketing activities that increase awareness and drive engagement within the K-12 education sector</li><li>Conduct market research to support ongoing marketing and sales strategy<br><br></li></ul><p>Marketing Automation & Reporting</p><ul><li>Build and manage automated email workflows that nurture leads through the sales funnel</li><li>Use our CRM to track campaigns and measure performance</li><li>Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, recommending improvements based on data<br><br></li></ul><p>Content Creation</p><ul><li>Write and produce thoughtful, high-quality content for web, email, and other digital channels</li><li>Create newsletters, white papers, case studies and proposals that attract and retain clients</li><li>Support social media activity with meaningful content not as a primary focus, but as a channel for brand storytelling<br><br></li></ul><p>Brand and Partnerships</p><ul><li>Maintain consistency in Rallys branding and visual identity</li><li>Manage sponsorships and partnerships with K-12 organizations<br><br></li></ul><p>Desired Skills and Experience</p><p>Essentials</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role</li><li>Strong long-form writing skills clear, persuasive, and audience-focused</li><li>Experience with lead generation, email marketing, or CRM-based campaigns</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance</li><li>Tech savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms</li><li>Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field<br><br></li></ul><p>Bonus Points</p><p>Get an extra checkmark or two if you have:</p><ul><li>Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing, particularly in long or complex sales cycles</li><li>Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot)</li><li>Experience creating marketing content for enterprise audiences</li><li>Marketing experience in the K-12 education sector</li><li>Experience updating CMS-powered websites<br><br></li></ul><p>Sound like you?<br />Go ahead and apply we look forward to hearing from you.<br /></p></p></p>
