What will your typical day look like?


As the Global Marketing Manager, FSI you will develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans drawing upon all elements of the marketing mix/communications channels.


Specifically:

  • Work with the Global FSI Marketing Leader to consult and collaborate with all stakeholders i.e., Global Industry Leader/Global Sector Leaders, Businesses and Member Firm leaders, strategic service area leaders, to clearly define marketing campaign objectives and deliver expected results.
  • Collaborate with member firm (MF) marketers to support the development and execution of the global marketing strategy and campaigns e.g., amplification of MF content/supporting research and distribution of content to clients.
  • Assist with third party relationships in collaboration with industry/sector teams and the Industry Marketing Leaders (e.g., key industry associations/partners, agencies used for design/development of content, event and conference organizers for sponsorships and profiling).
  • Assess needs, write, edit, produce, and manage distribution of internal and external marketing content for the campaigns; leverage internal resources (e.g., Marketing Services team, Green Dot Agency, Global Digital Experience team, CoRE Creative Services, Global PR, additional internal design studios, internal channel owners, etc.) to effectively execute on the planned campaigns across all channels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and brand standards for marketing as appropriate.
  • Manage sector/industry marketing campaign metrics (ROI) and provide input and feedback to help shape delivery and measurement process; adjust plans and tactics based upon collected metrics.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • 5 plus years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to drive campaign content/approach from the view of the audience.
  • Advanced skills in English, verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills; with an ear for authentic, persuasive language, strong listening skills, and quick understanding of audience and content.
  • Open-minded creativity and imagination; a good eye for compelling visual design.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills; team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong relationship building/relationship management skills and proven influencing skills.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Experience in FSI is a plus


Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
