The Job!
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will:
- Manage Product, Trade, and Consumer marketing campaigns and activities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies using data.
- Ensure availability of products and promotional materials.
- Conduct competitive analysis and forecasting.
- Prepare reports and weekly updates.
- Perform account management and planning.
- Manage the marketing and retail calendars.
- Create presentations for Retailers and Field team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers.
- Handle category reviews and development of pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Field, Finance, eCommerce, and Account Management teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and regional counterparts.
- Maintain the budget and track expenses.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with Influencers and manage contracts.
- Manage social media plans and prorgamming.
- Support PR activities, fiscal media planning, and media briefs,
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business.
What you bring to the job
You are passionate, ambitious, detailed, and determined, with a talent for leadership and collaboration. Creative and strategic, you know how to explore opportunities to build excitement and maximize results.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another relevant program.
- At least 5 years of experience in the luxury retail industry
- A data-driven mindset to develop innovative strategies/activities
- Strong media planning skillset including PR, social media, etc.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasts, and reporting.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and utmost accuracy
- Efficient time management skills and ability to multiple ongoing projects
- Exceptional communication, client service, and relationship-building skills
