You&#39;ll report directly to the venture studio leadership and act as a fractional head of growth across early-stage SaaS companies, rolling up your sleeves to run experiments, fix acquisition, and build scalable playbooks.</p><p>This role is about velocity, impact, and clarity, not theory. You&#39;ll be measured by the numbers and supported by shared growth resources you help direct</p><strong> What You&#39;ll Do</strong><p><strong>Strategic Growth Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Design and execute growth strategies across a portfolio of early-stage startups</li><li>Prioritize channels, funnels, and tactics that create compounding growth</li><li>Own two core KPIs: average MoM growth across the portfolio and # of channels tested per startup</li><li>Jump into underperforming companies to diagnose issues and relaunch acquisition</li></ul><p><strong>Execution & Experimentation</strong></p><ul><li>Run high-velocity experiments across paid, SEO, outbound, and product-led channels</li><li>Build and document playbooks for paid acquisition and SEO foundations</li><li>Launch, test, and scale campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, cold outbound, and emerging platforms</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on results, not gut feeling</li></ul><p><strong>Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing</strong></p><ul><li>Train early-stage founders on growth strategy, testing, and conversion best practices</li><li>Manage shared growth resources (freelancers, designers, performance marketers, etc.)</li><li>Capture and share growth insights, benchmarks, and campaign templates studio-wide</li></ul><strong>
