Work Setting: Various locations Responsibilities: Tasks: Evaluate the features of training programs, memberships, equipment rentals, private coaching, and merchandise to identify core marketing and advertising priorities that resonate with badminton enthusiasts and the broader community. Research and analyze target demographicssuch as youth athletes, recreational players, competitive teams, and familiesto tailor promotional strategies and communication channels effectively. Advise management on promotional opportunities, including seasonal campaigns, tournament sponsorships, and community outreach, based on member trends and local market dynamics. Develop and implement online marketing strategies including social media campaigns, email newsletters, Google Ads, and influencer collaborations to increase visibility and engagement. Plan, launch, and manage promotional campaigns to highlight training programs, club events, membership drives, and special offersensuring alignment with brand identity and club objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as website traffic, inquiries, event registrations, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies. Oversee daily activity across the clubs social media platformscreating engaging content (photos, videos, stories), responding to messages, and fostering a vibrant online badminton community. Monitor online reviews, collect member testimonials, and address client feedback promptly to maintain a positive brand image and enhance member satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with local schools, sports associations, and community organizations to strengthen visibility and participation in club activities. Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and website updates showcasing programs, tournaments, achievements, and club milestones. Organize and promote badminton tournaments, open houses, skills workshops, and community programs to boost participation and brand awareness. Liaise with local media outlets for interviews and event coverage. Coordinate sponsorship and partnership opportunities with sports brands, schools, and community partners. Conduct member surveys and collect feedback to inform program improvements and guide marketing strategies. Support the preparation of promotional visuals, presentations, and digital content that reflect the clubs branding and values. Work closely with coaching staff and club management to ensure consistent messaging and seamless delivery of promotional initiatives. Conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess results, identify opportunities for growth, and provide recommendations for future initiatives. Manage sponsorship agreements, partnership contracts, and promotional collaborations that enhance the clubs profile and mutual benefits.
