As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating several critical support resources and initiatives, to help support the Branch network and help build Cooper’s brand and image.

What You’ll Be Doing
Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that all marketing related initiatives adhere to Cooper’s brand guidelines.
  • Execute marketing projects including sales support materials, photoshoots and video content development, collaborative communication projects with other departments and signage and brand materials.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives to support branch managers such as local advertising, local sponsorships, banners, and signage.
  • Coordinate monthly communication of Cooper’s Driver Incentive programs.
  • Monitor Cooper’s uniform and promotional item store to ensure orders are being fulfilled by vendor partner and solving issues with back orders as they arise.
  • Act as first point-of-contact for incoming messages from the website including “Contact us” or “Inquiries” forms.
  • Coordination of timely invoice processing for AP team.
  • Managing image library and ensuring all incoming images are correctly categorized and stored for use in marketing campaigns.
  • Assist Marketing Supervisor with tradeshow event planning and coordination.
  • Responsible for keeping Marketing’s CooperAssist page up to date with relevant information.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels for promotional items and place orders with vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate and excute large volume annual promotional item orders such as toques, hats and holiday gifts.
  • Coordinating quarterly branch on-hold messaging updates, including script writing and working with vendor and IT team on timely recording and uploading for branches.
  • Proof-read marketing collateral materials both print and digital.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales related role
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
  • Solution-based mindset and self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bonus Abilities:


  • Working knowledge of Google analytics
  • Graphic design competency, such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Bilingual French/English
