We champion a scientific culture through our passion for continuous learning, diversity and innovation.We strive to deliver a single version of truth, by providing our business partners with access to comprehensive data and valuable insights to help our organization achieve operational excellence.</p><p>As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead people and projects by influencing the evolution of the team culture in the Artificial Intelligence domain. You will be responsible for developing your team in alignment with the BI strategic workforce plan. You will also be accountable toward the achievement of the business goals and the completion of the projects in time and within scope and budget.</p><h3>How you will create impact:</h3><ul><li>Develop and manage performing teams by recruiting, training, coaching, assessing, motivating, and supporting.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring the development of the technical Artificial Intelligence expertise.</li><li>Manage BI projects and operations by setting and communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing issues, and solving problems (including technical problems escalated by your staff).</li><li>Play a pivotal role, as an Artificial Intelligence leader, in shaping and implementing our AI strategy to enhance customer experience, generate growth and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Responsible for the quality and effectiveness of outcomes by ensuring that standards and policies are followed, and the intended outcomes of those policies are met (data quality, accuracy, UX, performance, security, etc.).</li><li>Represent your team in project planning and scrums with business partners.</li><li>Translate business needs into specific objectives for your team and communicate progress to stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>How you will succeed:</h3><ul><li>You build trusting relationships and provide feedback to enable the successful development of your team and colleagues.</li><li>You foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience.</li><li>You facilitate the adoption of change and create a high-performance culture through alignment of your team’s work with organizational goals.</li><li>You successfully convey messages and demonstrate openness to exploring alternative points of view.</li><li>You use critical thinking to guide decision making and apply a strategic mindset to adjust business plans based on shifting priorities.</li></ul><h3>To join our team:</h3><ul><li>You have a proven experience (5+ years) in implementing Advanced Analytics and AI solutions.</li><li>You have a bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.</li><li>You have strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.</li><li>You have expert knowledge in AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.</li><li>You have experience in R, Python, SQL and AI APIs and services.</li><li>You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><p>This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English.
