Our services include telephone answering, appointment setting, customer support, sales, lead qualification, third-party verification, market research, and more.</p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Director of Software and Data, the Manager of BI & Reporting is responsible for architecting and implementing BI, data warehouse, and reporting solutions to the organization, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This position is accountable for end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide data initiatives, providing technical leadership to development teams while serving as the key liaison between technical implementation and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with organizational objectives.</p><p><strong>General Responsibilities</strong><br />Leads end-to-end technical architecture and implementation of enterprise data solutions:<br />• Architects and designs complex BI solutions, data marts, and data warehouses.<br />• Develops sophisticated SQL solutions and data structures.<br />• Oversees implementation of high-performing data solutions across SQL Server, Tableau, Pentaho, SSRS, and SSIS.<br />• Ensures architectural integrity and scalability of all data solutions.<br />Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, IT, and client services teams, to understand their needs and translate them into the creation of a data and reporting roadmap for the organization.<br />Drives documentation and approval of complex business requirements.<br />Ensure data normalization across all platforms.<br />Ensure documentation of existing data, BI processes, and environment.<br />Conduct code/query review sessions with team members.<br />Ensure strict adherence to standards for all developed solutions.<br />Continuously assess and implement BI best practices.<br />Provide timelines and effort estimates for BI projects.<br />Be on call 24/7 for emergency duties when necessary.<br />Other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Required skills and qualifications</strong></p><p>Great attention to detail<br />Communication and Interpersonal Skills:<br />Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br />Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.<br />Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:<br />Strong analytical skills to assess data and drive decisions.<br />Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.<br />Call Center experience considered beneficial<br />Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing work conditions in a fast-paced environment<br />Self-motivated with excellent time management<br />High energy and positive attitude<br />Extensive knowledge of Tableau and Pentaho, including data integration, dashboard creation, reports, and synchronization to other platforms.<br />Specialized training in database management, data warehousing, data recovery, data standardization, and data modelling.<br />Proficiency in Structured Query Language for data manipulation and querying, with a solid understanding of relational data structures and schema.<br />Optimize BI solutions and queries to ensure fast and efficient performance, especially when dealing with large volumes of data<br />Five+ years of related experience</p></p></p>
