- Supervise the safe operation and maintenance of the facility high pressure steam system.
- Complete and maintain all steam system and utility documentation required for regulatory purposes
- Monitor and maintain all facility utility services (HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, future refrigeration system)
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance program software for process and utility equipment
- Complete or facilitate preventative maintenance of all process and utility equipment
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of equipment as required to maximize operating efficiency of facility
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts on site.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks etc.)
