<p><b>Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor</b></p><p><b>Pay:</b> $45.00 per hour</p><p><b>Job Type:</b> Full-time, Permanent; RRSP Match; Benefits</p><p><b>Shift:</b> Afternoon shift</p><p><br></p><p><b>Overview:</b></p><p>We are seeking a skilled <b>Maintenance Supervisor</b> to join our client's production team. This role is responsible for overseeing the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of automated production equipment and facility systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and optimal performance.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Install, set up, monitor, inspect, troubleshoot, and calibrate production equipment.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications on production machinery.</li><li>Perform diagnostics on automated equipment to detect malfunctions and potential failures.</li><li>Carry out maintenance and repairs on facility systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) as required.</li><li>Complete daily documentation including logs, downtime reports, work orders, parts requisitions, and maintenance requests.</li><li>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.</li><li>Adhere to standard operating procedures, company policies, and health & safety standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Education and Experience Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline, or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with automated production equipment.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and analyze electrical circuits.</li><li>Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as industrial automation.</li><li>Familiarity with PLCs, extrusion, printing presses, or packaging conversion machinery is considered an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why Kelly®?</b></p><p>As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
