This position oversees multi-site maintenance operations, leading a team of trades professionals across all facilities.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities: <strong> Maintenance Manager</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance operations across multiple sites</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance audits and implement corrective action plans</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements</li><li>Mentor and coach maintenance staff to build a high-performing team</li><li>Participate in the Joint Health & Safety Committee</li><li>Provide off-hours support for maintenance emergencies</li></ul><p></p><p>Team Scope: <strong>Maintenance Manager</strong></p><ul><li>Team size: 20–25 (including electricians, millwrights, PLC techs, supervisors)</li><li>Responsible for growing and developing the maintenance team</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements: <strong>Maintenance Manager</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on background</li><li>PLC programming experience preferred</li><li>Engineering degree or valid <span >Electrician/Millwright</span> license strongly desired</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>To apply please send your resume to Cheryl Revibes at <span >crevibes@fuzehr.com</span></p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p></p></p>
