Mainframe Developers and Mainframe QE , preferably with experience in the banking domain.

Duration: 6 months-1 year

Location – Toronto/Hybrid role requires 2-3 days of travel to the office.

Mainframe Developers

Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma in related discipline
Experience in Mainframe technical environment, standards, processes, procedures.
Experience in Requirement Analysis, designing, developing, testing application, implementation, and warranty.
Experience in onshore-offshore communication.
Experience in Banking domain is preferred.
Exposure to Agile projects
Should have at least 5 years for Intermediate and 7 years for Senior of experience in the following Mainframe technologies:
COBOL
DB2
IMS
JCL

Mainframe QE

Minimum 5 years of Mainframe testing experience.
Minimum 5 years of API testing experience (SOAP & Restful API’s).
Strong Banking domain knowledge in Debit cards, Credit cards, ATM & POS.
Validating Mainframe Database IMS DB & DB2, running JCLs & Procs, validating job logs in Spool.
Strong knowledge on Host files (PS, PDS, GDG’s), Copybooks & File aid/Insync
Banking domain knowledge in Credit Cards (Mastercard & Visa) including Credit/Debit card issuing and tokenization.
Experience in creating Test cases/Defects in JTMF and Strong Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA and MS Office tool set
Work experience in Agile – SAFe/Scrum, Certificate would be an added advantage.
Handson experience in Mainframe Database IMS DB & DB2
Strong knowledge in running JCLS, creating Host input files and checking job output/logs
Hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, Rest assured, Cucumber & BDD.
Hands-on experience in GIT version control.
