What’s the Job?

Mail Associate (Level 2)

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $20.75
  • Dress Code: Business casual

Essential Functions

  • Prepare and process mail and packages for shipment.
  • Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Operate mail equipment and perform quality checks.
  • Maintain logs and records for accountable mail.
  • Perform fulfillment tasks like assembly and packaging.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Experience and Education

  • 6 months to 1 year in a professional environment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to be on your feet 80% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds.
