This is your chance to shine in a permanent role after acing a 3-month probationary period.<br><br> <strong>Shift Information & Compensation:</strong><br /><ul><li>Day Shift: Monday - Friday</li><li>No weekends!</li><li>Timing: 7:00 am to 15:00 pm</li><li>Compensation: $20 per hour</li></ul><br /> <strong>Benefits You'll Enjoy:</strong><br /><ul><li>Extensive Monday through Friday training sessions (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)</li><li>Comprehensive benefits plan (with 80% covered by employer) post 3-month probation</li><li>$300 annual Wellness Fund post probation</li><li>$200/2 years for prescription or safety glasses</li><li>$150/year safety boot allowance</li><li>DPSP plan with employer contribution up to 5% post probation</li><li>Access to the DailyPay Program</li><li>Contract to Permanent opportunity post successful probation</li><li>Exciting prospects for professional growth within the organization</li></ul><br /> <strong>What Your Day Will Look Like:</strong><br /><ul><li>Adhering strictly to all EHS policies, procedures, and safe work instructions</li><li>Sorting and checking various types of scraps</li><li>Keeping the regrind machine clean as needed</li><li>Maintaining a tidy work area</li><li>Preparing Gaylord bags and boxes for regrinded material</li><li>Weighing and tagging regrinded material</li><li>Operating a jigger and moving regrinded material in preparation for transportation</li><li>Logging activities in the log book and production chart</li><li>Fulfilling duties as assigned by the Team Lead</li><li>Ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality initiatives</li></ul><br /><strong> What You Need for Success:</strong><br /><ul><li>6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Mechanical aptitude with understanding of mechanical systems</li><li>Basic troubleshooting skills for resolving minor machine issues</li><li>Familiarity with production measurement tools such as level, etc.</li><li>Strong record-keeping abilities</li><li>Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination</li><li>Impeccable attention to detail</li><li>Must not be color blind</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul><br><br><strong>Interested?
