Lutes Timber Mart is looking for a yard foreman. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of yard operation including but not limited to:
• Safety
• Customer Service
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Team Scheduling
• Inventory Control/Warehouse Management
• Organization of deliveries & drivers

The successful applicant will be expected to at times personally perform all functions and as such is not a strictly supervising role. This role requires working outdoors year round in all weather conditions & heavy lifting is required.

Applicants must:
• Hold a valid driver’s license (3Q is an asset but not required)
• Have strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Be a team player with a desire to first learn, then to coach & mentor those around them
