This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, values safety and communication, and understands the importance of teamwork and reliability on every haul.</p><p></p><p>What Youll Do</p><p>Youll be responsible for hauling heavy equipment to and from civil and mining project sites with a variety of axle configurations. Whether its our own equipment or equipment moves for our clients, youll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and safely. From job starts to demob, your work supports efficient field execution across a wide range of civil, mining, and industrial projects throughout the region.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading a variety of heavy equipment safely and professionally</li><li>Navigating regional mountain highways and off road terrain while adhering to all transport and safety regulations</li><li>Performing thorough pre and post-trip inspections, maintaining a clean and well serviced truck</li><li>Communicating clearly with field teams, dispatch, and supervision to support efficient site operations</li><li>Pitching in when needed to support logistics, materials movement, and site coordination</li><li>Maintaining accurate logbooks, timecards, and FLHAs</li></ul><p>Every move you make impacts the safety, performance, and productivity of the team and you take that responsibility seriously.</p><p></p><p>What You Bring</p><p>Youre an experienced Class 1 Operator who knows how to move equipment the right way. You take pride in showing up prepared, keeping your gear in top shape, and backing up your team when it counts. You understand that details matter, and that safety is more than policy.
