FULL-TIME – LOT ATTENDANT – BRAMPTON

Audi Brampton opened in 2017. Our facility is located in the Mayfield Auto Mall. We are seeking a motivated team member to join our existing Sales Department. We have equipped work bays, customer lounges, and digital tools to facilitate premium client experiences and are prepared to leverage these resources to grow into the destination of choice for Audi Sales, Service and Parts in the northern and Greater Toronto Area. Key Responsibilities:
As Vehicles Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for completing lot management procedures of new and pre- owned vehicles in accordance with Company standards, ensuring highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will liaise with Sales Managers to ensure daily lot duties are completed in a timely manner.
Duties:

  • Participate in the completion of general showroom maintenance and presentation.
  • Communicate with management and team on a regular basis.
  • Check inside and outside of each vehicle. Complete light clean-up/detailing as required.
  • Organize the vehicles stored on the lot in a safe manner.
  • Keep all vehicles parked in correct areas as indicated on the general lot plan.
  • Move all vehicles as required.
  • Participate in vehicle delivery; wash and gas the vehicle before scheduled delivery.
  • Participate in dealer trades, or other driving duties.
  • Keep parking lot and grounds clean and maintained.
  • Be able to lift to 50lbs on occasions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role
The key skills and qualities of a Lot Attendant:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education.
  • Dealership experiences an asset.
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Knowledge of different automobiles and their detailing service needs.
  • Experience with wet sanding, high speed polishing and paint correction an asset.
  • Able to operate and use cleaning and detailing tools.
  • Experience as Lot Attendant, Concierge, Detailer or Wash Bay Attendant.
  • Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional demeanor. Efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license. Good driving abstract.
  • Good computer knowledge and ability to communicate via e-mail effectively, write simple correspondence etc.
