Our client is in need of an experienced, customer service oriented individual who has worked with document and package shipping and is familiar with shipping software for the major courier companies.


Their ability to ensure timely delivery of important documentation and other sundry items is vital to maintaining relationships and loyalty from their client base.


Duties

  • Communicate with customers to verify all pertinent shipping information
  • Preparation and organization of domestic and international shipments including creation of shipping documents and labels etc.
  • Track shipments through to delivery and follow-up with client to ensure receipt
  • Resolve issues as they arise
  • Strict adherence to regulations and corporate policy
  • Regular reports to management


Qualifications

  • 3 plus years related experience
  • Highly customer centric
  • Proficiency with MS suite products and ancillary applications
  • Excellent communications skills
  • English language fluency
