<span ><span ><strong><span >About the Opportunity</span></strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span ><span >Maintain accurate and complete financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Assist in the preparation of key financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for process or cost improvement.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Perform regular reconciliations of accounts related to assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and providing relevant insights.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Assist with tax preparation and filings, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Prepare audit documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams on the implementation and optimization of a new ERP system.</span></span></span></ul><br><span ><span ><strong><span >About You</span></strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span ><span >Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (required).</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Technical Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles; proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel functions and data management tools.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.</span></span></span><li ><span ><span ><span >Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.</span></span></span></ul><br><span ><span ><strong><span >Salary Range</span></strong><br><span >$80,000 - $90,000 / year</span></span></span><br><br><span ><span ><strong><span >How to Apply</span></strong></span></span><br><span ><span ><span >Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
